Scott Spizer grew up in Manhattan and attended Hunter College Elementary School and Dalton High School. From there, he went on to Yale University, where he played on the baseball and football teams and graduated with a degree in political science.
Scott is the founder of Origins Tutoring, which specializes in working with kids ages 10 - 13, preparing them for tests like the Hunter High School entrance exam. Scott continues to coach students one-on-one in New York City as well as students all over the world via Skype. He lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and two daughters, one of whom goes to Hunter!
